“Sometimes, the things which control our thoughts, feelings, and behavior are just very insignificant factors”

Addiction

Addiction is defined as not having control over doing, taking, or using something to the point where it could harm you

While

RESILIENCE is having the mental, emotional, and behavioral flexibility and ability to adjust to both internal and external demands.

One of the reasons we turn to addictive patterns is our fear of achieving something with our efforts or losing something with shame.

On the negative side of Addiction, it requires lots of activity with very poor results, and the victim is satisfied. Meanwhile, the more time you spend on creative thinking the more valuable and insightful you become.

Resilience is the watchdog for every individual and a conscious whip to the victim.

Therefore;

  1. Preparation is the Key
  2. Consistency is the Ultimate Goal
  3. Personality is a brand
  4. Your environment, your success

Waking up and believing in your potential never limits your thoughts and actions. Things that are easily achievable can be easily broken.
