Feeling Being Lonely

Feeling lonely and deciding to be lonely. These are two different scenarios. A feeling is a thought which has been conceived from an idea. These ideas can either be good or bad. It depends on the individual who can distinguish between the good and the bad idea. This begins from the conscious mind and when accepted the subconscious mind (perfect lover) dwells on it to become a feeling and later an action.
Causes of Feeling lonely
1. Intrapersonal Conflict (disagreement with your inner self)
2. Lack of communication within yourself (inner and external)
3. Low self-esteem (you doubt your self-worth)
4. No goals or plan for yourself (ambitions/who or where you aspire to be).
5. Not willing to learn but choosing to be right (everyone/everything, is a problem when it doesn’t align with your school of thought. One of the major causes.
If you noticed it is the “You Problem” and not the “Them Problem Theory”
How to Deal With That?
1. Embrace yourself (no one is perfect. They look perfect because they accepted their scars)
2. Be open-minded. (if you think you are the smartest person in the room, you are the problem)
3. Set goals and have objectives (it guides you to be disciplined and focused)
4. Leave your comfort zone (change is the only constant thing in life).
5. Improve your communication (what you say and how you act is your personality. In this area, many individuals fall prey and usually use the word “do you know me”.
