Today we will affirm how important love is for you and the person’s closest to you. When expectations are high and there is little to no effort, the results become questionable.

Choose to love yourself regardless of what the world thinks. The only person who benefits from the results and consequences is you.

Choose to be vulnerable instead of being ashamed of your weaknesses. You are unique with your flaws and the only person who can change this narrative is always you.

Choose to become limitless because

limits are external and do not exist within you.

Choose to understand before being understood. It’s what you know that matters, not what they think they understood. Understanding is both objective and subjective. The decision to believe or not depends on the mindset of that individual.

In short, love starts with you and ends with you. Until you find out what love is, you will continue to expect love from the wrong source and your mental health will be the primary concern not only for you but for everyone.
