PEACE OF MIND

The thing we search for the most is peace, in fact, peace of mind. The ability to be free and be happy. In other words, we always search for that unconditional love within ourselves. The power to say YES and NO to things we like and dislike. The simple truth is we are by nature peaceful beings, yet we think it’s by attachment to valuable and non-valuable factors that give us a sense of peace.
1. Temporal: We should be aware, that things will never be the same. As time passes by and things evolved, there’s a need/space for growth. The only thing which keeps us alive is memories. It is our responsibility to live at the moment and be aware such items will not be the same anymore; they might happen but not at the same time. That process requires us to be patient, and that’s how we become at peace with ourselves and fall in love with the activity/person we are living at that moment.
2. Attachment: As earlier mentioned in the first paragraph, our awareness is that everything is temporal, and we should value the present moment. This focuses on attachment, to what extent to do we hold things to our hearts, and to what extent can we value things which can be easily replaceable. An actual conversation with yourself will guide and portray what values and priorities you give to trivial matters.
3. A sense of Belonging: sometimes imagine and ask several questions; what are the things to be done in the other to be accepted? By the end of the day, it’s your natural being that matters. The law of attraction will display in your existence. The sense of belonging has caused many to push themselves to things that are not necessary and has caused a lot of stress which led to unpredictable death.
4. Education: The brain needs to feed with lots of information, and the strategy used to engage the brain matters. We think information is merely the daily stuff we involve ourselves in, but the actual education lies in what we think and act upon (critical thinking). Anything we do was firstly an idea. We should not neglect the information we accept because it gradually becomes part of our identity (self-concept).
