A day is made up of 24hours and using 5mins or less to plan your day will help visualize your important tasks then complete them throughout the day.

1- Plan your day out the night before

Being mentally prepared for the day overnight allows humans to wake up with confidence, allowing them to react appropriately in the morning. It gives humans the willpower to be mentally prepared the moment they wake up.

2- Plan your day before you turn on the computer.

Consider down lining the results you want your day to produce on a piece of paper. Establish a realistic plan of action, starting when you are calm and ready to handle the issues of the day, before turning on your digital media.

3- Embrace ritual

The ritual imposes self-discipline in the form of new habits, management, and consistency. Instead, they align our behavior against our values and prioritize our goals.

4-Make use of time-management technology

5-Use chunking to manage your time.

A list makes the task of the day easier. It allows us to relax during the day. By making a list of tasks for the day, we can prioritize them in order of importance towards the target.

7-Cut yourself off

Being realistic with your time, that enables you to be more focused and setting boundaries to attain your goals.

8-Schedule everything

Keeping your physical, mental, and emotional health top of mind is the cornerstone of lasting success. It is something we all tend to ignore when we know it can never change.

9-Regroup Every hour

An hourly alarm is a way to boost your productivity and focus your attention on the next task.
