The level of confidence you seek is in your hands. You don’t need validation to elevate your self-esteem.

Mary is still at that same level of low self-esteem 5 years ago and still complains people disrespect her. She has the same routine, doesn’t challenge herself, not interested in acquiring new skills, yet her desire is to become remarkable.

Joseph was at the same level with her 5 years ago but today he is a different person. The way he interacts, his character, his gestures and most importantly his self-confidence makes him outstanding.

Mary starts complaining to john about his new way of life to the extent of competing with him each time they are exchanging ideas.

Mary exposes her insecurities indirectly and still doesn’t understand why she is in conflict with her friend.

Joseph can identify her level of self-esteem and feels discourage to tell her the truth because he is an agreeable person.

The truth is everyone can’t be like Joseph, Mary be prepare for what’s coming next.

The society is very complex, with demands and desires.

You need to level up, give more to yourself, desire more and contribute more. Acting as a victim through circumstances will make you irrelevant, incompetent and unskilled.
