TRUTH

If you are able to raise your voice comfortably, “when you presume it’s a lie, then why do you feel uncomfortable proving that’s the truth. Are you trying to mean there’s more value or authenticity in lies telling than truth? Before engaging in this activity, I came across a book titled: “The Body Keeps the Score” by Bessel van der Kolk, (which teaches you how to get through the difficulties that arise from your traumatic past by revealing the psychology behind them and revealing some techniques therapists use to help victims recover). From the title, we have a deep thought on its relevance to truth. There’s another statement which is being known like “there’s nothing hidden under the sun” or character is like pregnancy, it will obviously show one day” and many others. The thing I want you to understand is the beauty behind the truth and the misery behind the lies.
Understanding: When you are aware of the truth, things become more defined. Your doubts are now cleared and your exposure to the mistakes and errors are not seen as faults but experienced for growth. The further we move, the clearer our path, except if we are aware of the truth within us and without. But we are filled with lots of lies and shams on our adventures. The beginning is beautiful, but at the end of the road, it becomes rusty and unpredictable. You begin to ponder what went wrong. Accepting the truth in what so every situation saves you from future embarrassment, but the immediate response is terrible, to remember it’s temporal. Seek to know the truth and fight that ego of rejection and build a boundary that molds you from pain and builds a foundation of trust and resilience.
Beauty: After understanding the nature of truth, your vision becomes clearer. Your communication skills are improved. There’s a new perspective that develops about that person or that environment, borrowed from a public opinion “Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder”. Your opinion about particular mistakes is redesigned to be instrumental towards the goal of that person, relationships, and adventures of life.
Focus: The mind is always finding something to rely on, but the distractions and confusion about life push it away and keeps wondering if that’s the truth or not. When you are able to identify the truth, there’s a clearer vision, and the way you think differs. You can easily identify your distractions and accept changes and growth. This is how you can elevate your boundaries and build trust within yourself.
Educated/Literacy: Many times individuals say education/literacy is expensive, please try illiteracy. You can spend more hours debating or scrolling on something you have little knowledge of and think that’s the best way to be informed. Knowing or discovering the truth guides and protects the mind from the information you receive and reject. The more aware you are, your strategies are more defined and elaborated clearly. Gradually, your discussions are more informative and sustainable.
